ROAD TRIP ATE AT THE BIG TEXAN LOCATED IN AMARILLO, TEXAS

They say everything is big in Texas. Well, it is true. I had to drive back a vehicle from Louisville, Kentucky to Phoenix, Arizona. I love to take road trips because it allows me to appreciate America and what is has to offer all of us. I decided that I was going to stop at The Big Texan located in Amarillo, Texas. I must of seen the sign for this restaurant three states ahead of me. Did  you ever stop at one of those restaurants after seeing the sign so many times? American has a lot to offer when one is one the road. I had to have a Texas steak.

I pulled into The Big Texan at 4:30PM. It was just in time for dinner. If anyone can eat a 72 oz steak dinner including all the sides within one hour, then your meal is free. The total cost is $72.00. Yes, they take your money before starting. If you accomplish this goal, then you receive your money back. No, I did not take the challenge that day. However, one person told me some stories of people attempting this great challenge and faced defeat. Step up to the plate.

The Texas Steak was great. Just wanted to share my road experiences with everyone.
