a segment of the market that is always interesting to look at is the residential with land. as a definition it is properties with at least 2 acres located within the county. thew first graph shows the number active as of this morning 7/30/ 2010 and the relationship of the various statuses.
this second graph shows the pricing relationship of the various statuses. when reviewing the pricing it becomes clear that many of the proprieties will not sell due to poor pricing strategy
