Hi Rama,

            No Post for  a long time . We do appreciate your honest Analysis about the real estate market around San Ramon . What do think is the impact of expirartion of Incentives such as Tax Credit etc on the San Ramon Market . Is it softening or able hold due to low interest rate.

That is very kind of you. I am currently on vacation in Africa, that is why I have been quiet !! I personally think the market is steady and the low interest rates should be made use of. The expiration of the tax credit definitely put a brake on things but I am pretty sure the govt will come out with something else soon, although I have not followed anything on vacation !!!
