National Ice Cream month - Easy orange sunshine pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

1 pint orange sherbet, softened

2 cups whipped topping

1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges

2 tablespoons coconut, toasted
