Wheeeeeee, what a roller coaster ride we've had in the Arizona real estate market! We are now at 50% negative equity - tied with Florida, topped only by Nevada at 70%. Have we hit the bottom? It appears that we are at the bumpy roller coaster bottom, will the prices dip down even more? Is there a huge shadow inventory of homes going into foreclosure? Seriously folks.....look at it....if it dips a little more or prices fluctuate a few $$ you can buy a home for sometimes half of what it would take to build the same home - let's not be too greedy. The only way to see if you have hit the very bottom is wait for a couple years and look back and see.....course ITS TOO LATE THEN!
