I am so proud to have been invited to join, and have joined the Association of Mortgage Professionals.

What is currently happening in the financial markets is a prime example of why you should be working with well-trained., knowledgeable loan officers that have years of experience.  The fallout from what is happening is amazing, we are losing hundreds of Loan Officers weekly who got in the industry when there was "low hanging fruit".  These Loan Officers are no longer around due to no relationships and many had no real knowledge of the industry.

So how do you know whom you are working with? How do you know they are good or bad?  After 23 years in this business, I felt that I needed some type of organization that would set the standard for the Loan Officer of today. I found that organization and at their invitation, I have joined them...

The organization I have joined is the National Association of Mortgage Professionals "M". This association does a comprehensive background check on all of us.  The complete background check includes a police record check, an Individual State Licensing check, Individual Continuing Education Requirements check, and an Individual Standards of Conduct Check

In the future all of my business cards and all of my correspondence will have the M designation on it.  I am proud to be among the country's first Loan Officers who have been certified.

I am looking forward to answering all of your questions regarding this and how your buyers will be reaping the benefits from this.

Good Luck. Cood Lending and Aloha.

good morning, Bruce

You are definitely a very professional loan officer and I think it's wonderful that you belong to this organization.

Thank you for explaining what the criteria are for membership. I imagine they have something similar here in Canada.

the mortgage carpetbaggers are leaving and we need this to happen. in a capitalistic society they had a right to seize the opportunity, but it's time for them to go back where they came from. me, i won't miss them, but i do wish them well in their new endeavors.

this organization has demonstrated their wisdom by extending to you an invitation and i'm sure that they agree that they are better because of your acceptance.

good luck

hope all is well.

Hi Jay-- Good riddance to bad rubbish.  We see this after every refinance boom.  I was talking to a loan officer on Friday who told me he was getting out of the business as he only knew how to do Option Arms.  The Industry will not miss that turkey.  Aloha
