Via the celebrity gossip blogger The RealEstalker and with a little detective work of my own, I found what appears to be some pics of Dr. Phil's new multi miliion dollar Beverly Hills mansion.

The 15,000 sq ft home set on 3 acres features 5-Bedrooms and 9-Bathrooms. The Tennis Court Estate has a vaste motor court and parking area and also has a detatched private guesthouse. According to Th Realestalker the house was previously listed at $29.5 Million, but I couldn't verify this on The MLS.

I was also unable to verify the purchase price of the property when I ran a title serach on the address. The records were however, updated on 7/2/2010.

This property was previously listed by Jana Jones Duffy of Coldwell Banker Previews and these pics are courtesy of her website.

Dr. Phil's current Beverly Hills home is currently on the market for $16.5 Million.

I can't say much for Dr. Phil's advice...I've never caught more than a news clip or promo spot of his show. But his taste in homes suggests he is way focused on the far horizon.
