DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PLAYERS ON YOUR TEAM TO BE GOOD OR GREAT? MAKE THE CALL TODAY
I admired Jack Welch, CEO of GE, for his tenacity in being a great company. He believed in getting rid of the dead wood each year. It was all based upon ones performance. I was in Corporate American Management for fourteen years. I developed a belief system that people really do fire themselves over a period of time if one really pays attention to their team. I am constantly asking myself if I have a great team or good team? Why? I want to surround myself with the best in the real estate field so that I ensure each client gets the best service. I want to have the best real estate team here in Phoenix, Arizona.
I have had to make some tough decisions the past ninety days when it comes to my network partners. Yes, I have had to let them go and find new network partners. It was for the best. So, I was able to add two new players to my network team to add more strength to the bench. There were no hard feelings among us. However, I needed to make the hard decision to move on with new players. I am constantly looking six months to a year out when it comes to the real estate market. I see one needs to focus on distressed properties to make it in this real estate market.
Do you want to be Good or Great? One must make the hard decisions to be Great. Change is constant.
