Sudbury, Concord, Carlise, Westford, Acton - all in 2 hours

I had to get away from the computer yesterday and decided to travel my territory a little. As far as I'm concerned - that is where the rubber meets the road. For homebuyers, sellers and real estate professionals. Driving around, camera in hand, see what each town has to offer, how are the roads, the community parks, attractions, stores, schools, neighborhoods, traffic? How about are the drivers nice? This of course is for those relocating or real estate professionals who only live and work in one town.

I took some great shots of our community and decided to start a Facebook page for Middlesex County Homes, Massachusetts along with a photo contest to encourage input from all the towns in Middlesex County - dinner for two and discounts from various businesses. I give an update in 6 months when the best photo contest ends.

Found some new back roads, new developments that I had only seen in MLS. Met some new people in the area and had lunch at a great spot in Carlisle - Carlisle Country Store - great wraps, paninni's, sit out doors.

And the point is - I really wanted to get some local photos for my website - photo's I took my self. Made a collage for my website header. So the next time you think you have nothing better to do than blog all day - hit the bricks, and have some fun!

Here are some of photos of the great places to see and visit in Middlesex County. Ralph Waldo Emerson's Home, Louisa May Alcott's Home, Concord Museum, Wayside Inn, Acton Town Hall.

I agree - but in my book - everyone is a potential buyer or seller. Left my card with the owner of the Country store and Cafe in Carlisle, gave my card to a couple who were visiting friends and loved the area, found 2 FSBO's, all and all a good 2 hours spent for me. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for your response! I know I laughed out loud to myself when I started saying - Note to self "Step away from the mouse!" You see, I am a closet geek girl and have to remind myself to get out and about more. I can't wait to see your YouTube video!

I used to be with ReMax and recently relocated from PA to MA and decided on Keller Williams. Both great companies to be affiliated with!
