Wylie Championship Rodeo 2010

The Wylie Championship Rodeo is a two-night UPRA sanctioned Rodeo held at the Wylie Agriculture Center in Wylie, Texas in September. In its 15th year, the Wylie Rodeo will attract an average of 2,000 people each night from Wylie and surrounding cities to experience the Rodeo action and take part in the family-fun available outside the arena.
Aside from the rough stock Rodeo (Bull Riding, Bronc Busting and timed events), there are over 50 concession and vendor booth's with free kids games and a Kiddie Korral featuring inflatable bounce houses of all sizes. It is a true community event, not only bringing in the crowds but attracting over 80 local businesses who participate as sponsors, volunteers or booth participants each night.
All in all, the Wylie Championship Rodeo is a great way to spend a weekend right here in Wylie and connect to the community.
