Sierra Heights - Sierra Bella - Real Estate
Riverside CA has some terrific neighborhoods - and always has some great homes for sale. One of those neighborhoods is Sierra Heights / Sierra Bella which are located in the southwestern part of Riverside not too far off La Sierra - on McAlister Parkway. The builders are Lennar Homes and Standard Pacific Homes. There are new and existing Riverside CA homes for sale in this community.
Sierra Heights / Sierra Bella is a beautiful newer community and in a really great location in Riverside. I think one of my favorite things about this community is that the two builders have paid off the mello roos so the homeowners will not be paying for these for the next 25-30 years like with so many newer communities in Riverside and throughout the Inland Empire.

Most of the real estate activity in Sierra Heights / Sierra Bella that is going on in this community is new home sales. Both builders are still building and have new homes available. The activity shown below is from the (MRMLS) multiple listing service. It does not include all of the new home sales that are going on here.
There are currently (as of May 16, 2014) two active listings on the MLS in Sierra Heights - Sierra Bella. They are all standard sales. They are priced at $$575,000 and $649,000.
There are two pending listings currently. They are priced at $549,900 and $635,000.
Only two homes on the MLS have sold in the last 120 days. One sold for $579,000 ad one for $620.
