Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

By
Home Stager

These are cookies to Die for and they are sooooo easy!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2 Cups Softened Butter
1 Cup Sugar
4 Cups Flour

Combine. (works best in electric mixer, but can be done by hand)

Stir in:

1 package White Chocolate chips
8 oz. Dried Cranberries

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-14 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool completely on wire rack.  Makes about 4 dozen.

Enjoy!

Naomi - Yep, what dan be healthier than butter? ;)

Nora- You are going to love them!

Maureen - Bypass the cookie aisle and buy the ingredients instead.  It will take you longer, but it is worth it!

Oh my gosh...I just found this post.  These cookies sound great!  I have all the ingredients which is rare.  I was wondering what I was going to do with all those dried cranberries I bought at Costco.  Thanks for sharing!

Janice - I'm so glad you like them!  They are so easy, aren't they?  I actually get requests for them.

Penny - I am a sucker for shortbread.  I think the simplest and cleanest flavors are the best - and the cranberry adds a nice counter to the sweet white chocolate.  I think these are my all time favorite cookie.
