Aug 7 - Aug 8, 2010 - Annual Native American PowWow at Maine Wildlife Park - Representatives of several tribes will be at the park for two full days with dancers, drummers, craft vendors, singers and traditional food booths. Aug 28, 2010 - Through the Different Eyes of Maine (Outreach Festival & Job Fair) 
celebrates what's working in our communities, businesses and the environment. Enjoy singing, dancers, authors, poets, leaders and educators, and fun activities for kids. Highlights of the festival include handmade jewelry, arts and crafts vendors, and products by various cultures being represented. Musical performances by ames Willis (a Gospel singer from Oklahoma), local (Maine) Gospel choirs, local Rhythm & Blues, African and Rock and Roll bands and food for purchase. Event is free. The event is on the Ultimate Car Care grounds, 50 Manuel Drive in Portland.
