Recently I assisted a first time buyer with the purchase of his home. He was able to utilize a government assisted program-SMAP. Without this program he would have never made his dreams come true.
Currently, for agents who are certified, you can now assist these buyers with newly funded assistance under the NSP2 program. I urge you to investigate whether your city has these funds available and become a certified agent!
