So this last weekend I pretty much dropped off the face of the earth, or from the face of Active Rain anyway. . . . I know, I know! Little miss "Blogging on a daily basis with good content is vital to your business prospects." ignored her own advice and went MIA for three days. But I have a really good excuse! Honest!

I was working on the best way to make some really amazing Real Estate tools available to the AR community. FOR FREE!

That's right. I said FREE! One of the most effective ways I have ever found of keeping in touch with clients, is going to be made available to the AR community later this week. All you have to do is check my blog. And yes, it really is that easy! No strings anywhere, I promise.

The two other surprises I have been working on are equally cool. One will be available this coming Monday and the other will be on the 17th of August at 9:00 am. Trust me you do not want to miss these!

So, what exactly are these amazing things I have been working on so hard for you?. . . . . You will just have to check back tomorrow and see! ;)

Jane - Lol! The first post will hit AR tomorrow morning with everything you need to know. I'm trying some new things with "teaser blogs" to see if they are any more effective than just releasing the info. But I promise it's well worth the wait! ;)

I love free webinars....I have one we did on the HAFA program and like 600 people watched it. I still have it if ya wanna see it its pretty robust. It hilarious to me speaking with agents and brokers that do not even know what HAFA is..kinda makes me nervous though about the people trusting these agents that don't know what HAFA is that claim to be "SHORT SALE EXPERTS" lol. I am waiting with baited breath for the morrow.....glad to see you are still alive :)

PS I looooove speaking in the third person so the title of your blog rules!! You should try "third person Thursdays" I have everyone in the office speaking in the third person all day it definitely breaks the monotony.

Joe - Congrats! You read the tags and figured one of them out! ;) The Webinar will be really cool because AR members get to vote on certain things (like topics) , but you will have to wait until a little later for all the info on that one! ;)
