All over Frisco TX will celebrate its Neighborhood National Night Out (NNO) on August 3rd 2010. In partnership with the local police departments, the National Night Out is designed to:
Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness- Generate local support for local anti-crime programs
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit between neighbors
- Strengthen police-community partnerships
Most neighborhoods take this opportunity to get to know one another. Many of them close of streets to celebrate, BBQ and organize fun activities with music band and bounce houses. Local Police and Fire Department personnel do their best to stop by at every Neighborhood National Night Out parties. Kids typically have lots of fun interacting with the local police and fire personnel.
Come out to join your neighbors and local safety enforcement departments to celebrate Neighborhood National Night Out. Lock your doors and turn on your front porch.
Check your local communities to see where your Neighborhood National Night Out will be held. Some bigger communities have several locations within the neighborhood. These Neighborhood National Night Out event usually run from 6:30pm - 10:00pm.
