As someone who has driven a silver or beige vehicle for decades so that dust and dirt won't show and I can $AVE WATER on car washes, I'm curious how the EPA plans on cutting down on DUST on roads that are not paved.
If they are worried about dust pollution, they can always bring back the bandana as a FA$HION $TATEMENT!
