Motivational Power Quote
Doing What's Right
"Every time I've done something that
doesn't feel right,
it's ended up not being right."
Mario Cuomo, former governor of New York
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Doing what's right is more important than doing what's politically correct. Overtime, people will judge us by our actions and our character.
It takes courage to do what's right because there will be times that we will feel like we're standing alone and we are becoming a target as a result of our actions. But we will find that by having the strength to do the right thing we will gain support for our actions of doing what's right.
Many times it will appear the easy way out of a challenging situation is to what politically correct or what others think you should do. But if in your heart you feel that it's not the right thing to do; you're right. Follow your heart and do the right thing.
When we do what's right we develop our character. People will judge us as a person that can be trusted and we will recognize as a person of character.
