This morning I read a blog by Endre Barath Jr about "reverse offers made by the seller"
Endre describes a situation in which a seller makes an offer on his/her own property to get the negotiating started.  He also notes that if a property is priced correctly in the first place then the reverse offer would not be needed.


I couldn't agree with Endre more!  It is vital for a REALTOR® to know his/her local market so well that the listing will be priced to sell quickly.
