Okay I knew that wouldn't work. If I was a real estate agent, I would put it on a separate sign in front of my listings that read CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION! Most people are used to getting the recording and (assuming you answer your phone) there would be a real live person on the other line who is knowledgeable and helpful (that's you of course!)
