Brian Buffini Training?

By
Real Estate Agent with Not Available

Have you guys ever heard of the Brain Buffini training? What are your toughts on the training if you have ever been through it? Did your company you work for pay for it or was it an out of pocket expense for you? Was it as a helpful training resource for you?

The reason I ask is the company that I had worked for made it mandatory to take the $400 course and we had to pay for it. The worse thing is that our certified mentor was fired so we never finished the training we had only go to the 3rd week out of the 14 week training? No one will not refund any of the money, and they do not have another certified mentor to fill the position. What are your thoughts?

I've heard nothing but great things about him.  I did By Referral Only, a similar program, and it totally transformed my career.  And I've heard that Buffini is even better.

That's what I had heard before I had started, and I still think so. The real estate company has had plenty of time to get another mentor, they just haven't done so. We just wanted to finish the training.

We are starting Buffini at our office, but I assume the commute would be a little much for you :)

It's a GREAT program. Really gives you a structured plan for continuouly generating referral leads, and correctly servicing the ones you do have. Definitely check it out. I just completed his "100 Days to Greatness" it's in the list of blogs from the link above. I highly recommend it.

Nicole you can take the course on-line, just call them. We had it happen in our office and a guy that signed up took it on-line at his own pace. Brian is a great coach and mentor.

I have never done Buffini training but one of my team members swears by it - he was able to sell $11,000,000 in his 3rd year as an agent. He says he owes it all to the coaching. He's actually at a Buffini conference right now. He spends about $5,000 a year but says it's worth every penny. And he really sticks to the guidelines on a daily basis. I guess it's good if you are a structured person and need the motivation.

buffini is a rip-off they teach you things you could leanr for free or find out for yourself. and they insist you keep spending money with them to keep going. they prey on weak minded agents.

I am taking my RE state exam next month.  the RE company I am going to work with offers Buffini's course and I think they want $450 for it.  It "100 Day to Greatness".  I am hesitant about taking it, $450 is steep for me.  Would really like to talk to RE agents who have benefited from taking class.

I began by attending a Referral Workshop.  I then signed on for the Lead Generation Kit which is a monthly program.  In December I signed on for the coaching program and I wish I had done so at the beginning.  Only 5months into the program and the year and I have already doubled my production and cut my costs way back.  I can't say enough of the program and while Buffini is just beginning here in Canada, I feel so proud to be a pioneer!   Go for it and don't look back.

I have taken the 100 Days to Greatness and signed up for ClubNet Coaching right after that. I've been a ClubNet member for about a year and a half and think it's the best investment of time and money an agent can make. What they teach is not rocket science. In fact it's a pretty simple and straight forward system - working with and cultivating great relationships with your clients and sphere of influence. The great thing is they supply you with high quality marketing material every month to use and the membership includes attendance to most of the seminars he puts on throughout the year (and you can attend as many as you like without having to pay anything extra). Another real benefit is having a coach holding you accountable and being there for guidance and keeping you on track to achieve your goals. With any coaching company it's important that you and your coach know each other. I have had the same coach, Liz, the entire time and she helps in a thousand ways. She also shares with me some good ideas other agent-clients give her from across the country.

I too was a little hesitant about putting up the money for the 100 Days, but after I watched a clip of Brian Buffini from the RE/MAX website I was hooked and I signed up for the 100 Days to Greatness right away. I highly recommend this program, especially for new agents (start off and continue on the right foot)! Feel free to contact me if you'd like to know more about the program or my coach Liz.

sounds like most Remax agents like it.

I think if you work hard and keep constant touch with your friends and relatives. Keep them updated with what you have, you do not need to take the course.

The Buffini program is a system, it's not a miracle but a guide for agents to follow. I'm taking the course (25 days left to greatness), and think it's great.

Greetings....I have been coached by Buffini and Company since Sept 2004 and I love it! My coach is awesome and I'm also a certified mentor for the 100 Days to Greatness program. If you need structure and accountability this is absolutely the program for you.
