Warren County sales part 2

We're providing our latest monthly update for Warren County Ohio residential home sales.  Data only represents home sales (including condos) that were recorded in Cincinnati MLS, so new construction, for sale by owners, or homes ONLY offered in Dayton MLS are not a part of these figures.  Data is grouped by the major zip codes in Warren County. 

For the most recent data, there is a marked decrease in homes actually Sold in July for almost all zip codes. 

We attribute this drop to the closure by the end of June most of the homes that were incentivized by the federal tax credit. 

It would appear a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul, and sales that would normally have occured in the later summer months were accelerated into May and June.

We'll keep on working hard and plugging our listings, and adding more as opportunities present.  With the four recent commitments, we'll be at about 14 listings within two weeks.  All saleable and priced where they need to be, just need more of these motivated buyers to take advantage of these extremely low interest rates!
