Just had two closings and two more this month!!

Just had two closings this month. One for 1.085 million and another one for 375,000 and two more the end of this month. One for 300,000 and the other one for 800,000!!! You can't wait for business you have go out and get it!!! Touch people every day and meet people and talk real estate. Who says this is a slow market??? If you are not busy get some new ideas. We at Keller Williams are always sharing what is working and how we are getting leads.... I love the sharing atomosphere!!! Go KW agents!!! Keller Williams Lake Oconee selling property!!!

What a great year this month.  The total sales you have this month far exceeds our average Realtors production in our area for an entire year.  Of course our average sale price is only around $120,000 though.
