This is a great idea! I'm planning to do several seminars this fall and winter as an adjunct to my real estate practice.

I will definatly give this alot of thought !

Thank you for your comments. I always think it is neat to think "Out side the box", but I have never been able to find that box. When I do, I am going to look in to see why I should think outside of it.

Charles, I have a great ebook you could offer to people signing up, if you advertise this online. It's called Real Estate jobbing 101. It was written by Barry Grimes, and it's free to distribute. Drop me a line if you want it.

I think this is a great idea but my concern is that advertisting to pay people for referrals. I don't think we can do that in our area. I will have to look into that because I think it is a really good idea.
