Goodbye Mario! See you later Princess Peach! Luigi, go fix the drains!
We just don't have time for you!
We've found a better place to play! There's this Land called Active Rain, brimming with friendly people, and only a FEW Koopas & Bowsers!
We learn tons of cool stuff, get to have fun with people across the nation (and even some Canadians!).
And seriously, how much money have YOU ever made us Donkey Kong??
We've got more important things to do and better places to be, so maybe when all the comments have been made, all the mailings done, all the emails sent, all the marketing complete, MAYBE we'll be back... but don't hold your breath Yoshi!
We're Not Gaming Now!
Liz & Bill
Liz & Bill - I love our wii, but unfortunately I don't play it often. Believe it or not my family tend to play more card and board games together than video games.
Liz and Bill - yep fun, creative and even business promotional: that's what I call leverage! Thanks for sharing!
Scrabble rules over here in DorkTown AKA the Dixon Ranch. We are such Nerds!
Poor Yoshi! The rain is just soooo much more fun. Plenty of puddles to splash in,:) So you have crossed over...is it the light side or the dark side? Hmmmm.
My son has what he calls a video game. He sits in front of the refrigerator and uses all the magnets as actors in his battle scenario - usually aliens, sea monsters, and the evil junkfood gang. Somehow Super Quinn always triumphs.
@Jenna - Scrabble Rocks! Long live the nerds!
Michelle, Bought SuperMarioland and Super Mario Galaxy II a few months ago. The first is still in the cellophane wrapper, have managed to get a little playing time on the 2nd, but nowhere near what I would have done years ago pre-real estate. Too many things to do for our clients to have the idle time!
Jack, Thanks for the support!
Jenna, Played Scrabble and Cribbage tons growing up with my parents. As an almost straight A student (Dang that French class!!) in high school, fully in the Nerd/Dork camp!
Kristen, I'm lost, light side or dark side?
Your son with his imagination Rocks! Too many kids are walking zombies with their DS games, glad his mind can create it's own worlds!
Oooooooohhhhhh NOOOOOOOOO you simply must not abandon your wii's - that's just not right. Go back and let them that you seriously care about them and appreciate all they've given you......get off ar and love em up!! lol
PS I can hear Yoshi calling your name - go back!
Anna, So often I think "this will be weekend where I can slip in 30 minutes", and then it's Sunday evening and time to go to bed, no Yoshi, no Mario, just another jam packed weekend between real estate, church, errands and working in the yard!
Bill Mii Later!
Donkey Kong -- don't I know him? Oh, yeah, never mind. I held the door for him today, right after I fired him. Random Act of Kindness? Nah, don't think so. Maybe next time.
Now you have done it! You have brought the wrath of Mario down on all of us here on AR! . . . . So when do we get to bust out the Wii-motes and battle to the end? ;)
Sorry, sometimes I forget I'm not in my own little realm here with the usual family inside jokes...just a star wars reference.
Tish, Not so much fired as put on furlough :)
Phly, That's the one thing I haven't done is the online multi-player thing!
Kristen, Ahh, got it. We're not in the Sith camp, we only use the Force for Good!
I must be lucky, I don't have a wii to be concerned about - or am I just deprived?
Carra, It's been a lot of fun when we've had time to play. My retired parents have one and really enjoy it, particularly the Bowling games!
Susan, I love playing, but it may take me about two years to finish Super Mario Galaxy 2 at this rate!
Bill
