We all do so much more for our clients than we care to think about, it might be fun to start a discussion of just what we all do for our clients, above and beyond the call of duty.

If you are like me, some of your clients have been senior citizens and needed some additional assistance in getting their property ready for sale. Some of the extra things done by me over the years have been.

VACUUM

PAINTING

WEEDING RAKING

POWERWASHING

DUSTING

WINDOW WASHING

Hi Dominick,

Today I re-installed blinds on a home that had just been repainted.. the painters didn't put it back because the paint was wet and my sellers are out of town...

I do not mine going to extra mile, if I can do it, I do it with pleasure.

I arrived early to my open house only to find that my seller had decided she didn't need the professional cleaners I had scheduled for Friday because she could clean it herself. Needless to say, she couldn't and didn't. All I could do was take off my jacket, and got started...sweeping, emptying trash, cleaning the kitchen...I did everything except clean the toilets!

Dominik...since we may soon be our own agent[s], does it count that we have remodeled kitchen 3 baths. mud-room & 3 new storm doors PLUS doing the landscaping ourselves/ Probably not since IF we do not sell, then we & we alone are the beneficiaries. All the rest of you put us to shame; but my policy is IF I click through to a post, I will not leave it without letting the blogger know by adding a comment [however lame it may read]; You wrote a good post here. Thanks for listing items we as Realtors can do for the client.
may I add to Erica--mouse patrol is not my favorite on this list--we had some after the remodel..UGH.
