New iPhone App provides detailed information on any house.
A free App has been lanched by Australia's Commonwealth Bank which enables users to tap into detailed sales prices of Australian homes. iPhone users can point their handset to any house to get latest detailed information on the property, the last sold price and if the house is for sale. Of course if the last sold was 10 years ago, if the house has an addition or upgrades, that information wouldn't be genuinely useful. The easiest way would still be to go through a real estate agent.
So will we get as much out of this app, as we would with Google Streetview?
