Ewa Beach, Hawaii is located at the southern end of the island of Oahu and just to the west of Pearl Harbor and Hickam Air Force Base.  Ewa Beach is a very popular location with military homeowners due to the affordability of property and the availability of brand new or newer homes that were built within the recent past.  The majority of all newer homes you find in Ewa Beach all have central air conditioning.  This feature is not found in a very large percentage of homes on the rest of the island.  Ewa Beach is close to white sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants and more.  Almost all homes, condos and townhomes here in Ewa Beach are approved by the VA for VA Loan eligible buyers.
