Are You Ready for Blog Action Day on October 15th?

Hey all 43,000+ Rainers! Here is a chance to blog and make a difference in the world at the same time! Blog Action Day 2007 's goal "is to bring the blogging community together, for just one day, talking about one issue - and for Blog Action Day 2007 that issue is the environment" according to Copyblogger. I get chills just thinking about how exciting it will be to see us all blogging about one issue on the same day. Diane - what a great topic - I have been educating myself on how to be more "eco friendly" and it's amazing how many little things we can do that when done in a group make a huge impact - this is just one more example - thanks for the post!

Diane, I think it's a great idea. You'll have to post again come the beginning of October as a reminder.

I signed up... "my other blog" ...they will give me reminders. I can't get the YouTube video on my blog. It's not the first time recently that I've had a hard time with embedding a video, but I will keep trying. I wanted to post it so other bloggers in my market would do it too..

Sounds like 10/15 will be a busy and interesting day. It's on my calendar.

Diane - it sounds like a good idea. However, October 15th is pretty far away. If I were you, I would re-post this every couple of weeks leading up to the event so that we don't miss it.

Thanks for all of your feedback. I will do more research and write a new post or two as October 15th gets closer!
