Mililani Area and Mililani Mauka have several condominium communites. Some are located in Launani Valley but are still in the city of Mililani. The average size of a condominium is similar to many other areas of the island. An average amount of square footage is 700-850 interior square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms and 2 parking. Some of the condos do come with only 1 parking stall.
These condominiums are a favorite place for military members stationed at Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield due to the close proximity to both places. All of these condominium complexes have been approved by the VA and accept a military members and veterans who have VA Loan eligibility.
