J.D. Power and Associates report that client satisfaction for buyers is up. For sellers it is down except with the one and only award-winning Prudential brand:) I had to throw in a little "Rah Rah" for my company's sake:) Lol
Prudential is the only company to improve in home seller satisfaction in 2010 with a score of 760. No indication was given of the max score, I'm assuming it is 100.
