EXIT Realty Brings the Buyer to "Amityville Horror" HouseNewsday reported yesterday:

The Dutch Colonial at 108 Ocean Ave. made famous by "The Amityville Horror" book and movies went into contract this week.

Joanne Mills of EXIT Realty Premier found the buyer. She would not disclose who they are, but Jerry O'Neill of Coldwell Banker Harbor Light in Amityville, whose brother, Peter, used to own the house, says the buyers live in the community and "wanted to get on the water in a big, old classic house."
