How do people let that happen to a new house in such a short period of time?
They rode that house HARD and put it away wet. What a mess.
Exactly. How on earth DO people let things get like this. I go nuts when I see a spot. Look forward to the after pictures

Interesting soot/wear pattern on the carpet! Was this used as a rental?

Robert, I like the way you describe it! I actually think they rode it to the ground and put it away dead. How tragic for a poor little 4-year old, huh? :)

Jane, I agree with you completely. That's why it's so hard for me to believe that this house is only 4 years old...it has more wear and tear on those carpets than ANY house I've ever seen! In the "after" photos, the house will be smiling broadly! :)

Bruce, the previous (and original) owner of this house said he worked in management, so I don't think he worked in a dirty environment. It was never used as a rental, he was the only person living in the house...and unfortunately, he had a young daughter that came on weekends to stay with him. Ugh. Poor girl. :(

Those pictures definitely make a great first impression. Looking forward to seeing the after shots.
WOW!!! What a mess this is almost as bad as it gets but there are many that make this one not so bad. I have only had two real bad ones in my 35 years in the business.

Don, in my 11 years in the business, I've only had one other "mess" besides this one...so you're doing pretty good, considering your 35 years in the business! :)

Leilani The operative word here is YUK!!!! It took a lot of work to do that in only 4 years
You're absolutely right, Karen...it is definitely YUK! :)
The previous owner must have worked hard to make the place look like that, since he lived alone and only had his young daughter there on weekends. (Sad.)
