Active Rain Only Pre-Release . . . . . So What Is It?. . . . It's Another Great Idea!

Services for Real Estate Pros with U.S. Cybertek, Inc.
I wrote a blog a few days ago saying that I had been absent from AR for a couple of days because I was working on something amazing. . . well, three somethings to be exact.
The first of the "Realtor Super Tools", as I dubbed them, was the Welcome Home Active eZine. This fantastic monthly online magazine (or ezine) is a great way to keep in contact with your current clients and to cultivate new clients as well. All you have to do is enter all your information the first time, and then simply update your personal message and listings monthly after that. How much better can it get? . . . . Did I mention that I gave out a promo code that lets you get it for free? Yep, FREE! If you missed the promo code you can shoot me an email or check the blog post for it. Why? Cause I'm just cool like that! ;)
So on the the second and third Super Tools. The third one will be available to vote on (Yes, you actually get to vote on this one!) on Monday the 9th. Sorry, but you will just have to wait a little longer on that one. . . But trust me, it's worth the wait. ;)
The second Super Tool is something we here at US Cybertek like to call Another Great Idea. It's a series of 60 to 90 second clips that contain helpful hints and tips for Realtors and all those associated with the Real Estate Industry.
Cool right? It gets better! AR is such a fantastic place and the people on it are so awesome that US Cybertek decided to let you have a sneak peek at the up coming series. So kick back and enjoy this little bit of Real Estate wisdom!
Oh! And there's just one more thing. . . . The person speaking might look kinda familiar. ;)

Jane - You are most welcome! ;) I have to be honest, *sheepish grin* I'm not sure which one is Courtney's website. Because I'm in marketing and social media, I don't usually get to talk to the website clients very much so I don't know all their names. But I have seen most of their sites at one stage of the building process or another, and they are really neat!  And did Courtney tell you the really great thing about our sites? They don't cost you a fortune. ;)

Bob - Thanks! It's a Sony HD camcorder, and I'm not sure which one. I just talk, that's pretty much all I'm good for. ;)

Chris - Sometime in the near future there will be a blooper reel that will be released ONLY on AR. (Mostly cause if it ever hit You Tube I would never hear the end of it!!) I would say to get this one solid take, there is about ....ohh...20 to 30 minutes . . . .or more of me being....well, me! I have a horrible time keeping a straight face, and once I start laughing. . . . it's all over! ;)  I think we are going to take the highlights of me being a laughing idiot and cut them into a minute or so long video. There was a LOT of "Shenanigans!" , "Oh, for the love!" and "and I have noooo idea whatsoever what my line is supposed to be. . . . " It'll be fun! :)

Yes! Show your agents! Great idea! *thinking to self "Self, your job of promoting this thing just got WAY easier"* ;)

LOL! Thanks for the woooooooot woooooot! And thanks for not telling me I looked like I was going to faint. (Thanks a lot Mom!) ;)

Donne - I blame the Internet. . . . mostly because I have NO idea how to fix it! ;) It actually looks ok on my end. Sorry for any technical errors though! :)

John - Very true! Some Realtors get so completely wrapped up in their listing that the forget that their objective is to sell it to people. Please have a look at the eZine, I think you will like what you see and it will make your life as a Realtor a little easier. ;)

Phly, At long last an actual voice to pair with the comments!  Unfortunately in my day business, sometimes the people are ALSO property!  A couple of hundred recently transferred with a product line.  Two choices for them:  Transfer or quit!  Hmm... actually not a difficult decision after all.

LOL! Just wait until I get the blooper reel up, that's actually more like what I sound like. (I think it might have something to do with all the laughter going on!)

Hummm...transfer or quit? Seems to me like I had to do that recently! (That's how I ended up in Boise.) :)

And btw, the last one was the best Miss Bad Manners post ever! It took me forever to catch my breath! ;)

Carra - Thanks! ;) I'll try to be more volume conscience in the next one, but as I told Donne we are not working with a lapel mike so it was much quieter than we had anticipated.

Joni - Lol! The eZine is such a great product that it seemed unfair to withhold the promo code just because people might have missed the last post. I hope you enjoy it! ;)

You actually used Courtney's site as an example in a previous blog post :).  I need to stick with what I have right now and give it some time.  Money already spent unfortunately.

Phly, Glad you liked it!  Apparently we made the front page again with it!  Seems like we've found the formula for a hit series!  Just as long as it doesn't get like the Rocky series... sorry Sly, but after awhile?  OUCH it was hard to watch!

Jane - lol! ok, that makes more sense now. I had a look at her site and , yes, it's very nice! Unless I'm much mistaken it's a word-press site with a really nice theme in place. Your site appears to be word-press too, so you could update the theme and have something that's not too far off. Personally, I'd suggest going back to whoever wrote it for you and asking for an update. If you are really unhappy with it, they should update it at little or no cost, especially if they just finished it. ;)

Chris - Good Morning! I blame all the make up and the desk! I usually don't wear very much make up and my usual desk is nothing like that. I'm more of a super simple, desk looks like something from a (tidy) college dorm room, blog in my yoga gear kinda person. ;)
