I haven't had this happen to me although sometimes I wonder.  For those of you who have had this happen and have lived through it I take my hat off to you.  This must be difficult but we are professionals.  You must take your client by the hand and walk them through this procedure.  The meaning of hebephrenia: a form of schizophrenia characterized by childish or silly behavior.  Now I'm not saying or inferring that your clients are schizophrenic, but some may exhibit childish or silly behavior.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.
