Hi Paula - I just love homes of this era - the quality of construction, the charm of them, and the integrity of them make them very appealing to many buyers as well as agents. You're right about today's construction compared to homes built back when this one was - just no comparison.

Hi Carol - you should see this kitchen in person! It's gorgeous and all kinds of little extras built-in, too.

I always find it interesting how the prices vary in the different parts of the country. I'm sure there are places where this same house would be 2 and 3 times what the prices are here in Portsmouth.

Hi Neal - you should see this kitchen in person! It is just beautiful!! The right combination of cherry cabinetry with the beautiful granite counters, and the walls are Venetian plaster painted a really pretty green - just a lovely total package. The appliances are stainless steel and black - just beautifully tied together making a gorgeous custom kitchen!
