The Water Conservation Garden hosts many events throughout the year, some as fund raisers and some free. Tomorrow, Sunday, August 8, is one of those free events, and it's a good one. It's the 2010 Summer Music and Culture Festival, taking place from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Jim,
Love the idea of this series, it is a wonderful guide to all the delights of your market. I look forward to reading more of these.
Jim, after reading this post a few days ago, my girlfriend, sister, and I went to the festival. We had a great time. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Ron and Alexandra - Now that I'm kind of caught up with things around here, I'm going to try to keep up with what's going on in San Diego County so that I can do more of these Localism posts. I don't expect to get many comments on them, but if a visitor comes to town for one of these events and Googles the event, I just might get some business. It's worth a try. I can imagine this post aging and next year someone Googles the event and there I am!
Bryan - One guy with two girls? That must be nice, even if one is your sister. LOL
