About Esquimalt (Victoria, BC)

Located about five minutes west of downtown Victoria, Esquimalt was settled as an agricultural area to provide agricultural products to the forts in the area. Today it is a vibrant community with some of the world’s finest natural harbours. One of the most notable features of the area is the naval base, home of the Royal Navy’s Pacific Squadron, which was established in 1865. The naval base is the largest employer in the Esquimalt. Esquimalt is a well-established city with a small-town feel.

Over the past few months people have started notice a softening in the Victoria Real Estate Market in General. The Esquimalt Real Estate Market is no different.

The Stats below, will offer you many different ways to review and analyze the current market conditions and activity in the area, also interesting to note is to compare this year with last years, activity, prices and other stats. We hope you enjoy this review of the Esquimalt  Market for this month. We deliberately have not written any comments or conclusions, as we believe that anything we post could be construed as trying to taint the information. One foot note, all the statistical information in this review is from the VREB MLS statistical information and does not include information from private sales and or builder / developers.

The information provided is believed to be accurate and complete from the sources stated, however this information should not be used strictly in order to establish the market value of your property and or to make decisions about your personal real estate plans.

We would encourage you to contact Peter and Linda Pfann at your convenience so that we can assist you with developing the best strategy and plans to allow you to achieve your desired real estate results.

Hi Fred,

Thanks for checking and commenting,

Old dog, new trick, takes a little time to get the hang of things,

thanks again for pointing me in the direction of NVU, it is pretty simple yet does exactly what I want, now all I would like is being able to copy and paste the whole post from NVU into AR, (including the pictures) that takes a lot more time than what it should be.

we can dream, right.

happy selling,

good listing video of your listing in rockland by the way.
