5 Comments on 2007 - 4 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath Detatched Condo in the Powellhurst neighborhood (You've found your new home)
It is so interesting to see the different values across the country, in our area of Massachusetts I would say for a four bedroom condo unit - which are so very rare, we would be looking at the 400's on up depending on the community. Oregon is looking good. What is your median income in your area?

Thank you, it should go quickly that is for sure. MaryBeth that is the certainly one of the biggest condos I've ever seen also, but what is also unique about it is that it is a detached condo. It feels and looks more like a home and I still can't figure out why they wanted to get it zoned as a condo unless that was the only way they could get it built.
Now that looks like a real beauty Todd. If I could make a small suggestion, I think it would look better if you loose the pick up truck from the driveway.
I wish you all the best for a quick and smooth sale of this charming home. (I agree with Gabe about the pick up--unless it comes with the house.)
