Staging a Flip

I had just completed staging a home that an architect just completed renovating to fip

I will be posting more pictures soon...but I couldn't wait to send a couple out.

My favourite is the bathroom...totally BARE when I initially went to see it.

I do not have some before pic's...just imaging bare drywall...that's all that was there.

I'll send more out this week!

Lovely warm tones.  Are you in the midst of a vibrant selling season, or do you have to wait until after September 1, like we do?  I think you've done a super job forecasting the upcomig season, and highlighting the sleek style the renovator has instituted. I want those sinks! Way cool.

Juliet--I'm quite surprised how busy these couple of weeks have been with stagings. Typically, we see a lot of closings around here..but it's going to be listed this week.

David--thanks so much for dropping by..look for the pics of the rest of the home in a few days..the kitchen is my second most favourite room!

Julia... try the best that you can to continue working with this guy.  Seems like you both have a similar vision.  Some of the best Staging that I have done have been with Flippers.  They are willing to make the home look great for you to Stage it!

Great job, Julia!  I've been working with some very savvy flippers too  ~ isn't it smart of them to be on board with staging for a faster sale?  Can't wait to see your other photos.....nice work! That "basement sitting room" looks fabulous.

Karen: If you're looking for sinks for a good deal, try Barton Discount...they have great fixtures for a great price. I can ask him where he purchased his.

Lovely Julia! I liked the silver leaf-tray touch in the bath! It made the brushed nickel accents (hardware and faucets) bling up nicely!!  I usually use those silver trays in the kitchen or bar area however, it really works nice in the bath too!!  Looking forward to the remaining pics....Regards-Kathleen

My other favourite is a mirror reflective vase in the living room or dining room...a touch of sparkle!

I LOVE the mirrored accents!!  I have found them to be so expensive...whether it be the accent tables or vases.  I saw a really amazing desk, which was mirrored set in a cottage-style home the other day...it rocked!  Have you found a reasonable place to purchase the mirrored vases?  Bring on the Bling!!  : )  Regards-Kathleen
