We continue to work on selecting the information that will be benificial to our prospective clients in the market and what method(s) will be the best to distribute the information. The Condo market in Juno Beach appears much stronger than the Townhome market. There are currently 106 Condos listed for sale on the Regional MLS in Juno Beach. Based on the Absorbtion rate since the beginning of the year we have around 20 months of inventory. As you review these numbers keep in mind that 22 of the condo sales since the first of the year were the new Juno Ocean Key Condos. Many of these sales were made prior to the market shifting and finally were able to close this year when the building received its certificate of occupancy.
