Lookout here we go again! Great time to invest in Myrtle Beach!

National news says we are in a very bad slump. Our numbers say not as bad as they advertise. Prices are down, but we are not in a desperate market. Locally we are in a normal market.With interest rates dropping, that will help with our inventory. Investors be ready to build your portfolio once again. As I said before, people will vacation in Myrtle Beach. With all the things coming to Myrtle Beach, who would not want to buy here.
