Gulf Shores Public

Hot sand. Cool, clear water and sparse crowds at the Gulf Shores Public Beach this morning. After much searching finally found a dreaded tarball -- a rust-colored rock bout the size of a quarter that crumbled under pressure with a very faint residue that easily washed off. This is not to be feared.  Take advantage of the low traffic, vacancies and discounts.
