What does a ratified contract look like?

You’ll notice that several items were negotiated back & forth between the buyers & sellers - you will notice the initials in several places where compromises were made.

On this contract, we negotiated a price approximately $30k less than the asking price, plus the conveyance of several items. Not a bad deal!
