Biscayne Shores Star is a residential project approved in 2009 to build 7 single family homes and 17 multi-family units on a 1.32 acre site located on 1401 NE 108 st, Miami FL.
At this time, the property has an eight unit apartment building and a single family home, both about 70 years old. Most of the site is currently vacant.
The U.S. Century Bank filled a foreclosure law suit against the Biscayne Shores Star and their managing members according to Miami-Dade County circuit court records, regarding a $3M mortgage issued in 2007 which matured in December 2009.
At this point other negotiations may be taken in consideration before the foreclosure action takes place.
