DO YOU WEAR YOUR REALTOR PIN?August 9, 2010- If you don't perhaps you should. I love the add in the Realtor book, issue July/August 2010 showing the photo of an agent with the Realtor pin on.
THE AD SAYS "THE MOST VALUABLE SQUARE INCH IN REAL ESTATE" I love that comment. It's been proven that three out of four consumers want to work with an Realtor and not just a licensed agent who isn't a member of the National Association of REALTORS
THE REALTOR HOLDS TO AND LIVE BY A HIGHER STANDARD- That says alot about the person wearing it now doesn't it. The Code of Ethics is upheld and thought of as important. How you conduct your business is perhaps a "cut above" thos who don't choose to be members of the National Association of REALTORS.
NOW I"M SURE THERE ARE SOME very reputable agents who aren't members and then there are those who don't adhere to the rules and regs that apply to members.Either way you have the choice to be part of the group that puts yourself above the rest.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE TODAY make sure you put your pin on. You'll be glad you did. First impressions are everything, wear your pin with pride and stand out showing those people who will see you today that you knowledgable and valuable to your profession.
YOU NEVER KNOW WHO"LL YOU MEET TODAY - You could be in line at the grocery store somewhere and someone could see the pin and ask you about homes in your community.
