Sure things have changed since the economy has slowed, but that doesn't mean that Seal Beach real estate has become any less desirable. Why? Well compared with most surrounding cities with niche areas, Seal Beach has the feel of one big neighborhood. It's the kind of town that you drive down the street and neighbors, business owners and families waive when you drive by. Because of this small town charm, the demand for Seal Beach real estate has seen a boost with the affordability at an all time high.

A fourth generation resident of Seal Beach, I remember watching home vaules steadily climb over the years. Now in my mid 30's, I've recently seen an increase in familes around my age buying real estate here in Seal Beach. It's great to see many people I went to high school with moving back in to town. Allot of them are pushing strollers now as they start their own families and we often run into each other at the Summer Concerts by the pier.

I often hear people compare Seal Beach to a small mid west town, but located right in the middle of bustling Orange County. No wonder every summer the Seal Beach real estate market enjoys a seasonal boost in home sales. There's nothing I enjoy more then conversing with visitors at one of my open houses. Judging by the conversations I'm having, many of these summer visitors will be the next neighbors I waive to as I drive through town.
