Seminole County Florida Market Report

There are over 1600 homes under contract as of August 9, 2010

With over 950 of those being Short Sales which means there is no way to tell if they will ever close and if they do, there is no way to tell if they will close for more than the asking price.

Of these pending sales - less than 300 are not Short Sales nor are they Bank Owned. Which converts to less than 20% being a regular listing under contract. So there is still some home for those sellers that want to move without having to short sale their homes.

I predict that there will be a lot more foreclosures hitting the market over the next few months. If you are looking to sell your home, you should consider doing it now before more foreclosures hit the market!
