Safety Reminders...

•·        Meet new buyers in the office for the first time.

•·        Always follow your instincts.

•·        Don't go to a showing by yourself.

•·        Keep your clients together; let them walk down /up the stairs in front of you.

•·        Let someone know where you are, who you're with, when the showing starts/ends. A quick email, even a text message could make all the difference.

Great reminder! I'd like to add a few if I may that was suggested to me during a meeting w our county Police Officer ...

  • If you feel uncomfortable at anytime of the showing, Get Yourself Out of there ... even if you need to answer your non-ringing phone & fib that you're called away for anything you can think of!
  • Have someone from the office or a friend/mate call you every 5 mins just to check in
  • If it's a vacant home, Allow the client to walk the house and you wait in your car or tag slowly behind them ... to not Hover of course (wink wink) if it's a lived in house.

Great points. We all need to be a bit more careful these days.
