Albertson's Grocery Bonita Springs - The Real Scoop

Americone Dream Marc Blasi is a super hero. There I said it! (Jason Price will be back for a laugh) (I'm just putting Bob Carney in here to set off his google alert, LOL). Well, Marc was inspired by ice cream enough to visit the official Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream site and find a "flavor locator". WHAT?! Did you know there was such a contraption? Me either!

I've searched high and low for Americone Dream, and never realized that even ice cream is now computerized! Americone Dream has been found in Bonita Springs, Florida. It's at the Albertson's Grocery store on Bonita Beach Road!

Well, here's the report - pronounced "re-pore" for those off you who don't know - the T is silent. It was as glorious as imagined. Steven Colbert, your ice cream rocks!

Hey Chris, did you read my Real Scoop ?

Not yet, Missy. I was out all day yesterday and then had a house FULL of company last night. Out of town guests and all of the kids home at once. My son brought home a new victim...er, girlfriend. I know we horrify people on the first night with family. She kept looking for the exit sign. LOL

Thanks for stopping in and joining the Carnival Jon. Mr. McGillicuddy, when can I expect your entry? Maybe you should take your lovely bride out for ice cream tonight.

That is not fair! Now I am going to think ice cream all morning! The next step is for you to be invited to the Steven Colbert Report.

Neither rain nor snow nor....will stop me from my appointed rounds of ice cream. I can walk to my ice cream joint.

Of course you would find it at Albertsons. Joe Albertson founded his grocery chain here in Idaho and lived in Boise.

Ice Cream - yum. Ben and Jerry's - double yum! What is in this flavor? I love the combinations Ben and Jerry's comes up with.

Chris, when my kids bring home victims, err boyfriends it is the same. If they can pass our family approval they are in. WE are ruthless !!

This just is not fair...yesterday I read the Missy Caulk blog article Washtenaw Dairy- Ann Arbor Michigan " The Real Scoop" and now I stumble into yours...I have such a weakness for ice cream - it is by far my favorite food group.

As I was opening your blog, I was thinking (once again) how I owe you a special thank you for my card and also one for Missy, because she actually volunteered to pack some of her local treats up with dry ice and ship it to us...and I believe she would if I revealed my wife's favor flavor.

And now you have go to do this to me... That settles it, I'm off to raid the freezer for a Klondike Bar and it's all your fault!

You know my google alert never went off... I just found an incoming link on my blog...hmmm AR getting slow response time with google???

Anyways... I did ice cream at the beginning of the season...(it's a year round sport for me)

I Scream, You Scream we all scream for ICE Cream!!!

I've notice a change in google's affection for a few things lately, too.
